Mexican refried beans recipe
Beans are almost as ubiquitous in Mexican food as tortilla.
Among the various ways to prepare beans in Mexico, refried beans are par excellence the garnish of many dishes, usually in the company of entomped rice (which we can soon prepare in another recipe). But they also make an excellent dip that seriously competes with the guacamole and the melted cheese to accompany totopos or nachos. In my case it is the favorite, above the other two.
By thinking about all this I was already hungry, and I am sure you will also read it. So let's get straight to the point.
How to prepare Mexican refried beans (grandma's recipe)
For this recipe for refried beans I use tree chiles, although they can be replaced with hot peppers or sweets, and even peppers.

Tips for unforgettable refried beans
- Traditional refried beans are prepared with black beans, but the recipe can be varied with different types of beans or beans for to change the flavors.
- This suggestion depends on the taste of each cook, but I like to balance the seasoning of the beans with a pinch of sugar at the end of cooking.
- You can save yourself the trouble of preparing the beans from the bag, with beans that come in cans. The result of the recipe is still correct and at least the cleaning of the grains and the long cooking or pressure cooker disappears.
- You can freeze the refried beans that you are not going to eat quickly.
